Quick Silver Systems, Inc. announced a round of workflow automation and digital payment enhancements in the Mercury Policy and Claims Administration System, targeted at reducing manual steps across both policy and claims operations.
The Mercury workflow engine lets clients define the sequence of tasks, approvals, and document generation steps tied to a business event — new business, endorsement, renewal, or claim state change. When configured events fire, the right work items land on the right queue with the supporting documents already attached.
On the payments side, Mercury supports digital policy payments that insureds can submit without creating a login, and claims payment workflows that move settlements toward electronic disbursement rather than check printing. Both paths are integrated with the platform's billing and general ledger reporting.
