Quick Silver Systems Announces General Availability of the Mercury Integration Hub for Carriers, MGAs, and TPAs
Quick Silver Systems, Inc. announced today the general availability of the Mercury Integration Hub, an API-first connectivity layer that lets P&C carriers, MGAs, and TPAs connect to third-party data providers, billing networks, and partner systems through a single managed gateway.
The Integration Hub publishes a uniform REST contract over the Mercury Policy and Claims Administration System and brokers calls out to verification, document, payment, and rating partners. Implementation teams configure connections through Mercury's low-code admin rather than writing point-to-point glue code.
Carrier IT teams have asked for a way to onboard data partners faster without forking their core platform. The Integration Hub addresses that by isolating partner contracts behind a stable Mercury API surface — so when a partner changes its endpoint, the change is absorbed in Mercury configuration rather than in every consuming workflow.
“Insurance operations live or die on how clean their integrations are,” said Sean Pitcher, CEO of Quick Silver Systems. “The Mercury Integration Hub is what our carrier and MGA clients have been asking for: one API, configured once, that keeps working when partners on the other end change theirs.”
