Curiosity Never Stops

Today is Christmas. And somewhere, an underwriter is thinking about a coverage gap they spotted last week.

That is not a work-life balance failure. That is the mark of someone who genuinely loves the craft of what they do. The insurance professionals who grow fastest are not the ones who grind the hardest; they are the ones who remain curious even when nobody is watching.

The compound effect of one insight per day over a year is enormous. A new concept, a different perspective on risk, a better way to explain a coverage form to a policyholder. These small additions accumulate into mastery.
