The business case for diverse leadership in the insurance industry has moved from aspirational to evidential.

Decision-making under uncertainty -- which is the core function of insurance leadership -- benefits from cognitive diversity in ways that are now well-documented. Teams that bring varied perspectives to risk evaluation, product design, and customer experience are identifying opportunities and avoiding pitfalls that homogeneous teams miss.
